Orders must be made here in our store without the use of a provided checkout key received via an official Hyper Definition for Charity event within the 30-day period to qualify for a return. Returned merchandise must contain all originally included materials and items shipped alongside the product. Hyper Definition Official Bootlegs reserves the right to deny any and all reimbursement requests relating to orders made to the wrong location due to the individual's error, should you feel you have made an error with your order, please reach out to us within a 2-day period via our contact form to make any necessary corrections.
